low uterus

My wife is one her 19 week and started having cramps/strong pelvic pain the her pediatrician just told her that she has low uterus.  is this normal or there is something we should be concern about?  if there is something to be concern about what can we do to prevent any kind of risks?  it is our first and we just want to avoid andy complications we will truly appreciate any response to this post thanks :)

Thanks Timswifejazz for you comment. we got a some feedback  from her doctor but it was not really an answer I was expecting I am not a doctor guy my self so I try to get as much help as I can from different people or doctors as well since every one have something different to say.  thanks again for your comments. hope thing are going great with you and baby in peru.

i dont know if this will help any, but i am also dealing with pains in that area (i am 22 weeks), mostly when i cough/sneeze, or even get up quickly from a laying-sitting down position. when i did research online (since i dont trust the doctors here in peru too much), most say it is due to those lower muscles being less used right now. when does he have the pain? out of nowhere? or from certain movements? tell your doctor about any concern you have, he or she should be able to answer you the best.
