Did you change the kind of birth control pills you're taking or the dose in the last few months? Some birth control pills can make you quite nauseous, especially if the dose is too high for you.

If you are on birth control and you are taking it properly chances are slim that you would be pregnant (less than 1%).  But, certain medications can increase those odds like antibiotics (lowers birth controls effectivness) and you could become pregnant on birth control.  Have you taken a home pregnancy test?  If that is positive ask your doctor for a blood test to confirm.
I didn't start showing until I was about 5 months pregnant.... before that my tummy just looked a little bloated like I ate too much.  If you are pregnant you need to find out as soon as possible so that you can start caring for yourself and the baby.
