braxton hix or real contractions
This morning I was having contraction like pains but I just figured they were braxton hix but they lasted a little over an hour and would come around every 4 to 5 minutes so I'm not really sure if they were just braxton hix. Can anyone tell me how I would know the difference? I'm only 33 weeks
Braxton hicks aren't regular. They don't come in regular intervals. Also if u change ur position or walk, they should go away. Real contractions won't disappear from changing positions. Braxton hicks also don't grow in intensity.
Gosh braxton Hicks can feel like actual labor, but doc says lying down and drinking cold water should make them go away if it was actually labor it shouldn't have stopped but you can call l&d
