is it bad to drink a  mc donalds frappe since its coffee & has caffeine  ?  its my first time drinking one since i found out i was pregnant im  26w + 3d rn

I googled it not that long ago and in Australia its not even real coffee, they use a coffee flavoured syrup to make it. Anyway, hard to know how much caffeine is actually in it but I'd say not much. If that was my only caffeinated drink that day I figured it was fine.

Those actually have a very very small amount of caffeine. It's just really high in sugar and calories. It's ok to have some caffeine I was encouraged to have a little for my headaches. It's all about moderation.

I heard somewhere that they say to limit your caffeine intake to about 200mg a day if that helps..?

You can have caffeine when pregnant. Just don't have like a bunch every day
