Is your baby head down?? It could be that your baby is posterior meaning it has its little spine to yours instead of to your stomach.....try getting on all fours and doing pelvic tilts or crawls on the floor with your belly hanging....sitting backwards in a chair.....I've had back pain due to my daughter being posterior...hope this works for you

Sounds like back labor to me!
im 31 weeks and 5 days ive tried everything to make it stop but it wont
how far along are u? and when it happens again feel ur tummy see if its hard and when it lets up see if u tummy gets soft again
I'm 30.2 weeks and I've had that a few times. I get up and walk around even though it hurts so bad. I keep rubbing my back and it eventually goes away. Its like a sharp pain every time I breathe in
I'm sorry hon. Mine started out as cramps in my back that would come an go. As labor progressed it got severe and I felt like I couldn't move through contractions. If you are having trouble breathing def go to Er or l&d.
it hurts to breathe. its mostly in my back an im worried it might be back labor but idk. little Jak wont move when it gets strong then when it lets up alil he does. but the pain doesnt go away... im so confused an scared...
