I was like that last pregnancy, but not all the time. Loud noises brought it on for me. Also my MiL's driving! Never got car sick before that, but even 6 years later I can't ride in the back seat. I never did vomit. The key is to try to avoid a completely empty stomach. Crackers next to your bed so you can eat one or two before you sit up, ginger in any form also helps calm nausea. Ginger ale is good. Good luck! It doesn't last forever.

If you are able to keep fluids down, that is most important, try eating a bit of fruit, I found that helped me, like cantaloupe watermelon honey dew melon were the best for me. I couldn't stomach crackers, good luck. It's really an awful feeling to be sick constantly, if it doesn't get better see your doctor for an anti nausea medication, it may not make it go away completely but it will help sooo much!

I was the same way up until 18/19 weeks. Fruit and sour candy (like sour patch kids) helped

I found dry crackers or ginger biscuits helped the nausea. If it continues for a few days in this extreme speak to your doc and they'll give you anti nausea tablets to help you stomach food. I hope it eases x
