Is it bad for the baby if i eat Hot sauce and hot chips? My doctor said no just no to much but what you ladies think?

I have to have hot sauce on everything! Lol I actually just got done eating ruffles  with lime and tapatio  :) mmmm  it was bomb

The spice itself won't hurt your baby...but those chips can't be to healthy...just don't go overboard with them.

Not at all, you just might regret the heartburn later! I personally can't pass up some good chips and salsa!!
