Has anyone ever paid for the medical records and sent it to the new office and not get approved by them? Because I don't think it makes sense for me to pay the 25 dollar fee and I might not even be able to go there

Just call your new doctors office and ask when you come and fill out papers do will they give you a release form so they can get the information from your previous doctors. They should do that! I was in Alabama a few years ago and the had me sign a release form and they got information all the way from Arizona. So it's crazy if they don't but just call and see

I have never had to pay for that.. I think it's illegal for them not to send them.

My old dr office told me to make an apt with my new dr. And when I sign papers they will give me a release form to sign so my information can be released to the new doctor. And it's free instead of me getting it my self and paying for it.
