I'm tired of going 70 almost 80 comments down on my other post so I will start this one..

UPDATE!

Last night I did the half a cup 100% real orange juice and half a cup whole milk. ( Not very good tasting but not horrible, after taste is the disgusting part ) I chugged it to get it over with.  And had a glass of water right after to get rid of the horrible taste.

immediately After drinking it my stomach got hard and felt very full. I layed on the sofa ( right side ) 20-30 minutes later I started having extremely bad back pain and light contortions. I then went to my room and layed in bed , toss and turned for about 2 hours, my back was killing me and I just felt extremely weird. ( can't explain )
I woke up this morning to really bad period like cramps. & my underwear were wet with a little bit of white stuff on it. (Mucus plug came out a week ago)
All day I've just had really bad back pain and contractions but nothing close together..

@caroline the samething happened to me.. I just gave up.I figure i should enjoy this pregnancy since my other 2kids were preterm lol

I did it 3 nights (thurs, fri and sat) last week. The first night i could feel the cramos and contractions, back pain and pelvic pain but just with the first drink. Second and third night nothing. Disappointed

Maybe if you mix w blue and black cohosh? That's what I'm going to do

I had it for straight 3days as well but nothing serious happens.

The bad cramps, back pain, on and off contractions. Mostly cramps.

Yes your mucus plug can grow back. You can lose it multiple times before you actually deliver.

You can lose your plug and it can grow back and you can lose it again. You may have lost it again.

I tried this method once but am trying again starting tonight. Make sure to do it for 3 days straight!
