Nothing is really "recommended" Tylenol was said to be safe and now some studies suggest it can lead to ADD. Some doctors have even told me Benedryl is safe however I prefer not to make my baby feel groggy. It's different for everyone. Try natural methods first and get with your doctor.

All I take is my prenatal and if I have headaches I take tylenol.
