I'm not pregnant any more had mu daughter a month ago but don't know where to post this . so my doc gave me two antibiotics for an infection in my uterus and the paper says don't take if breastfeeding but my doc. keeps telling me its okay so what wuld you guys do?
For the Flagyl you should probably pump and dump while you take it. Its okay during pregnancy but there are some risks shown in animal studies when nursing.
Amoxicillin that one doesn't say it then metronidazol is the one that says dont take
I would call the pharmacy that you got the medicine from and ask them. I definitely wouldn't take a chance on that.
Ask a pharmacist. They are more knowledgeable on drugs because that's their only job!
