Down Syndrome test at 13 weeks?

Can i still do the down Syndrome test at 13 weeks? Just the ultrasound one where they look at the thickness of something in the neck? How accurate are they and what do you all think about this test?

I had my 20 week scan about 2 months ago and they found a white dot on my daughters heart, ther giving me another us at 32 plus weeks to look more into it. My doc said that its a possible sign of down syndrome. I wouldnt worry to much if you missed it cause at the 20 week scan they check everything too. Im againt the fluid testing for down syndrome, im praying my baby is okay and that its not heart defeact either.

I believe 13 weeks is to late. I think the latest they will do it is 12 weeks 6days. I could be wrong though. I've only had it done once.

They couldn't get me in in time for that test so I'm getting the blood test on the 16th at almost 19 weeks that checks for the same things. 13 weeks is too far for that test I think because it's meant for the 1st trimester. I was a little bummed I didn't get an extra ultrasound but oh well lol
