menstrual like cramps

I am 34 weeks + 6 days and for the past couple hours I've been having cramps like I would if I was on my period.. they are coming and going. is this normal? My son is head down so idk if it's him pushing on me or what. Thanks in advance

Only if  they're regular and consistent. Look up Braxton hicks.

I'm 38 weeks & 1 day, & my obgyn told me if I have contractions that come & go in a row like a repeating pattern to go to the hospital; therefore I think you should go to the hospital!

I've had period like cramps. I'm currently 35w 5d I went to the hospital about 2 weeks ago for them to tell me it was normal that it comes with braxton contractions. If they aren't tolerable and are painful then I would go to the ER.
