migraines

I'm 12 weeks. What do i take for a migraine? My prescription isn't ready yet and I'm already having mild pains.  I've never had them before but now I've had three and they are killing me, till I'm in tears. I experience blurred vision and vomiting, and of course the highly sharp pains in my head! They make me feel nauseous :( Is this normal with pregnancy? I didn't experience this with my first child.

Thank you. I try to sleep it off but it's just so bad. The last one i had woke me from my sleep and the only way to ease off the pain a lil left when i vomited. I hope the mediCine prescribed to me helps. I kno people that take Excedrine for migraines

I've had migraines like that before but because I was pregnant. I know headaches can be caused by pregnancy because of the high hormone levels changing. I don't know what you can take now that your preg but nothing used to work for me and I would just have to sleep it off!! Feel better!!
