Just try looking up a list online of fish high in mercury. You want to limit those, and enjoy the rest.
Fish that can contain mercury is usually deep sea fish. Pretty much any common fish should be okay. I eat whatever i want cuz im pretty sure you would have to eat a lot to actually get sick or harm the baby.
