With my first my boobs never grew and never had any tenderness or tinglying or any sort. I wasn't able to breastfeed but I put that done to incorrect nipple piercings. This time no growth as of yet but have had slight sensation in and there so hopefully I can. But u won't know til bub is a few days old and the milk comes in. The milk mainly only came in on the one side for me and was gone within 24 hours and I gotta say that 24 hours was extremely painful and the leaking was quite annoying

I'm 30+1 and I JUST started getting noticeable breast tenderness like a week ago. mine haven't gotten any bigger either but, I'm sure its fine. Everyone is different! Just ask your midwife/doctor next time you see them :)

Generally with your first baby ur milk doesnt come In till 1-2 days after birth. Don't worry should be fine and if u have problems producing milk or enough milk a doctor can prescribe a tablet to help with milk production. Congrats and goodluck.
