I hate milk too so I would suggest cheese or yogurt...
Try almond milk it haa more calcium and less fat and the one with vanilla is delicious
I don't regular milk either. It has to have chocolate syrup or I just don't have it. To make sure I have enough calcium, I eat yogurt and a cheese snack.
You don't need dairy, you can get the nutrients from somewhere else whether that is different foods or supplements. I don't drink cow's milk, but I've been drinking almond milk for the past three years and my baby is healthy and doing great
