It doesn't come and go it's just that constant feeling all day.I've tried ginger ale, crackers, gatorade, water, light diet and nothing works. Now it's getting unbearable. Some things that worked for me, eating sour hard candy like jolly ranchers or lemon drops, eating 6 small meals a day, make sure each had protein of some kind, gingersnaps, and according to my RE you can take unisom the sleep aide but make sure it is the plain one not the melts or quick release, 1/2 a pill 4x daily.  I had to do that a few times and it did help some.  Good luck to you.

Different remedies work for different women.  I've always heard mint (as in gum) works - though it made me worse.  During my last pregnancy, I found root beer to work long enough to eat something.  And strangely enough, I found that the best thing to eat to keep the nausea away a little longer was by eating some form of greasy potatoes (fried, au gratin - but NOT french fries).  You may need to experiment more.  Also, you can try sea sickness bands.  They definitely don't work for everyone, but they helped me for a little bit and I've heard some women swear by them.

Keeping food in my stomach at ALL times helped me so much along with Ginger ale. You have to make sure it's made with real Ginger though there are a few brands out that just use Ginger flavoring. Read the ingredients. I always drink Canada dry. I don't know if that brand is available where you live.

I also used Preggy Pops. You can get them at Target online or motherhood maternity.

I had constant neausea till 14 weeks or so. I know it's not fun.
