over weeks but no fetus

I'm only 20 yrs old and recently found out im pregnant. What a shock that was! The doctors estimated i was over 7 weeks pregnant but when i had my first ultrasound nothing was found. My hormone levels were rising at the normal rate and when i went back for my 2nd ultrasound the radiologist found a sac that measured around 5 weeks but no fetus. Im really nervous, i have had no bleeding and just slight cramping and sore breasts.I have my 3rd ultrasound tomorrow and im hoping to find out more. Has this happened to anyone else?

thanks for replying..i was so nervous about having a baby to begin with bc im so young and now im even more nervous but i appreciate your advice. im hoping its just too early!

you could have concieved late...... which could be the reason the doctor only saw a sac. If your numbers are rising, give it at least 3 more wks, b4 jumping to conclusions. seriously, do NOT  d and c, just bc nothing is found. I know Doctors freak women out. And you could have concieved at a different time from what doctors say.
