miscarriage? ectopic pregnancy? :(

Hi I am 18 years old and I have just found out that I am pregnant I found out sunday when I took a total of 8 pregnancy tests all positive. My last period wasjuly 3rd about three weeks ago. I took tests last week they were negative but sunday they all came back positive. I already have a one year old son amd I am worried because I am having lower abdominal pain. Sort of like menstrual cramps for three days now amd I want to know if its normal that I went to see my ob today and he did an ultrasoumd and there was nothing the :( no baby visible and no sac. Help !?!?! Is this normal??? Especially the lower stomach pains

You should stop looking things up bc that's just going to worry you more. Remember Google is not a Dr. Just wait and see til you go back in. Everything will be fine don't stress.

He told me its pretty difficult to tell its a complicated thing. Ok so I had an iud removed october 2012 after having it in for 3 months. My period never came regular until january 2013, this month tho it was very weird july first I spotted very very light pink no pain just very light pink spotting july 2nd I had no spotting no bleeding july third was nothing also until my husband and I had sex I started bleeding but not as heavy as my regular periods so I bled for 6 days (length of regular period) with minor clotting but Iidk why I spotted like that? So i told my dr my last regular cycle was july 5th but he just said since we cants see anything im probably a month or less than a month (he said in probably 3 weeks (because we werent able to see anything which is why he scheduled me to get amother us in 3 weeks.  and thank you !!!!! :) I just worry alot even exaggerate I guess

You might not be able to see anything because since your last period was the beginning of this month, you are not far along at all so the baby wouldn't be visible right now. Also, every pregnancy is different. Cramps and lower abdominal pain is normal in early pregnancy UNLESS you are bleeding or having clots come out. Congratulations!

Hey thank you for responding. Ive just really been letting it get to my head so I look things up online and see nothing but miscarriage topics and scares me. My dr set up another ultrasound apt in 3 weeks

Cramps are normal. That's what made me wait 3 weeks to test cause I kept thinking my.period was gonna come. Might just be to early to see anything
