miscarriage rate ...

so I am 20 years old, and am having my 3rd child. I got pregnant in November and had a miscarriage early December, and am now at about 7 weeks pregnant again. I'm wanting to know with any experienced mothers or with any woman here who have had a miscarriage how likely it is to have another miscarriage after recently having a miscarriage...also if my age, number of children I have given birth to natural, or any of that affects the likelihood as well. I was very surprised that I had a miscarriage because both of my pregnancies were almost perfect healthwise, no complications, both my babies born a little bit late and over seven and a half pounds. Just curious if anybody knows. Thanks

I had a miscarriage last February, got pregnant in September and miscarried in November. I then conceived on January 1st and im 9 weeks 1 day :) this is the furthest I've made it and everything is perfect :)

Just be positive :) the last 2 times I was so paranoid about having a miscarriage but I just thought positive this time and everythings good :)

There is the same chance of miscarriage in each pregnancy. Most woman are said to experience it at least once in there lives. I have had one with my first pregnancy and now I have a 4yr old and a two month old. However you are not likely to keep having them unless there is a medical reason behind it and if so they can normally fix it

I had a miscarriage with my first, then had my daughter and pregnant again. My friend had a miscarriage this summer and is 15wks now doing good. A co workers wife had two girls a miscarriage and their son. Honestly I don't know what the chances are. I know a lot of 1st pregnancies end in miscarriage. I wouldn't stress about it. Its always an option for anybody but you just need to think positive.
