hey there, not necessarily, because the morning sickness is caused by changes in your hormones and the levels of glucose in your body during pregnancy, these things dont go away straight away, so if you were miscarrying your morning sickness wouldn't disappear straight away. I hope this helps :)

she is right it take few weeks to go back to normal.

Not always.
Sometimes it take untill all the HCG is out your body before you lose syymptoms (This is normally 3 weeks) Some sooner...
Some like me also get pregnant in the same week therefore never got rid of their symptoms, except HCG and Neg preg test, because it was too early to catch the other pregnancy.

But no not always.
