If you have a UTI it can cause stomach pains but so can a miscarriage. The UTI needs to be treated as it can cause you to contract and infection. Please call your dr. and let them know what is happening. UTI's can be miserable and important to get an antibiotic. Drinking more fluids (not sodas) are even more important when pregnant. Drink some water until you can talk with your dr. Are you having any pain or burning, urgency or having to "tinkle" a lot? I had one not so long ago and it was most unpleasant. Goodluck.

thanks for the response i am being treated for the UTI. I am not having burning but I do tinkle alot. The good news is that I have a Drs. appt today hopefully I will have good news.

Based on what you posted there is not enough information for anyone to give an opinion on it. Miscarriage has bleeding with it not just pain, but UTIs can cause blood in the urine. You really should see your DR. if you are concerned.
