There isnt any reason to worry as most cases its out of your control, but saying that once your past 13 weeks your risks have dropped a lot... what you can do to make your pregnancy the best it can be is to eat a well balanced diet, know what foods you should limit, like certain fish, ect (not cut out as fish can be healthy but certain ones should be avoided and only certain amouts a week) get light exercise everyday(such as a walk, or swim) unless you have restiction from you dr that is... pregnancy books like what to expect when expecting are good sources to have around and usually have the answers that you are looking for if you are concerned about something... i also read a post from another mom to be reccomending a pregnancy cook book that i havent looked into but should as it would help in knowing exactly hwo to get the most out of your diet... pretty much things havent changed from your child... but dont stress over what you cant control... all you can do is look after yourself and know thats the best you can do... congrats and take care!!

i dont think i have seen you on the july pregnancy group forum, so if your interested you should join! im soon gonna be 14 weeks also! hope to see you there!

It depends on the pregnancy and person. My first pregnancy (15 yrs ago lol) was very high risk, but this pregnancy is going great and low risk. I'm 34 and feel more secure about this pregnancy than my first at 17 . So unless the doc says otherwise relax and enjoy! Good luck !
