miscarriage

I had a miscarriage this past week. How low after a miscarriage is it safe to try to get pregnant again? Opinions??

When i lost my baby we had to have a d&c done also and was told to wait until after my first period. We got pregnant 6 months later but during those 6 months i didnt have a regular period. It was the 4th month after the d&c when i had a "normal period" then one followed exactly 28 days later for the 5th month. and the 6th month we found out we were pregnant and now have 5 weeks until our due date! :) i think my problem was i was thinjing about beibg pregnant too much. i kind of gave up during the 4-6 months and didnt think about it constantly and that is when we got pregnant. so my advice is try when you are ready but dont make it a job :)

I understand. This is my first pregnancy too not.including the misscarriage before hand. I was so scared and upset. But I was only 6 weeks.when it happened. So it wasnt TO bad. But now im so happy and loooove being ptegnant dont give upn whenever ur ready is best!!

That would.most likely be when ur next full period is over. But like price said basically when u feel ur ready!

I am just afraid that our families won't be supportive. They say we should put it off but we kinda just wanna get on with our lives. Dwelling on this miscarriage is only goin to drive us to never wanting to try again

IM SO SORRY IVE HAD 2 THIS YEAR AND 2 DNC, I LOST THE FIRST BABY IN DEC AND GOT PREGNANT MARCH, THEN I LOST THE BABY IN MAY, NOT IM PREGNANT AGAIN, ITS UP TO WHEN YOU FEEL YOU ARE READY

I had a suction d&c done. Doc said to wait til after my cycle resets. So how long would that be? We wanna try asap

I dont think waiting is nessecary. Lol I think they just tell u that to be safe. Who knows. But just like chelsea I was way to impatient and just had to start right away. And I was pregannt about a month later :)

I didn't have to get a DandC either.

I had a miscarriage and they told me to wait until after my next full cylce...but I was too impaitent to wait and started right away...and I got pregnant 1 week later!! And now I'm 27 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy!! :)

My doctor told me to wait 3 cycles. But we didnt we were trying a few days after I stopped bleeding and im now 18 weeks pregnant with a beautiful healthy baby. I didnt have to get a DandC tho.
