When I miscarried, the bleeding came long before the cramps. If you are worried, call your doctor. Every woman is different and will experience everything differently. There is no such thing as a stupid reason to call your doctor, especially when you are pregnant.

You get minor cramps and stomach pains because your uterus is growing or from being constipated. I wouldnt worry unless they are severe or you have bleeding! Everything will be okay :)
