So I'm 13 weeks pregnant, my first pregnancy & many of my family have told me to not get too excited ; a lot can still happen because I'm still early in my pregnancy.  And before I even knew I was pregnant I had a dream that I had a miscarriage. So with all of that it's starting to make me even more nervous and I had already spread the good news. Thoughts?

Your in the clear at 15-16weeks pregnant that when your safe but 5months is when your safer but still anything can happen but think positive and I'm only saying this I've lost 2daughter 1 23weeks and my other 1 in November at 21+6days but I have complications with both and had a missed miscarriage I hope your ok stop panicking I'm just letting you know anything can happen but good luck always think positive because this is what I am doing this is my 4th pregnancy but first baby good luck hun

I had a dream that I had a miscarriage when I was 12 weeks and I'm 31weeks now :)

Don't worry about the dreams when I was earlier in my pregnancy I had them.quite a bit actually now 26 weeks with happy heathy baby girl.. I also kept having dreams it was a boy and that was wrong too lol

Oh yeah, yes.  the statistic is that one in four pregnancies ends in miscarriage up to 13 weeks or the end of the first trimester.  Your odds of having a healthy baby have just increased significantly and you are 'out of the woods' so to speak.  Things could possibly still happen but now would be very rare.  Congrats on the baby and passing through your first trimester.  lots of luck

You're 13 weeks thats past the crucial stage of pregnancy since you passed 11 weeks your chances of miscarriage have greatly reduced but stressing over it isn't going to help at all
