It's normal to worry and I'm sure it's very hard to keep calm after going through that before. But don't worry :) you're not doomed to have another just because it happened before. You and baby will be just fine :) stay calm, drink lotsa water, go for short walks, eat healthy, take your vitamins and just try to enjoy it :)

A lot of women experience cramping and pains during pregnancy because your uterus and abdominal muscles are being stretch to accompany your baby. Pains that come with bleeding are something to be worried about but you said there is no bleeding. If your pain continues or gets worse, you start bleeding and expelling blood clots go to the emergency room. Pregnancy tests will show positive for weeks after a miscarriage so they are not reliable to detect a failed pregnancy.

you need to relax and stop stressing. taking another test just cause you have pains is not gonna do anything except worry you. if you are not having bleeding, stop worrying. it is normal to get pains and cramps here and there. drink water and lay down for a bit.
