misdated ultrasound?
I have had two ultrasounds one at six weeks and one at what was supposed to be nine weeks. The dr took pictures that said i was six weeks, seven weeks, and eight weeks. The heartbeat detected was strong and fast so she wasnt worried about that, but she has gotten me all worked up over it, is a different dating in the same ultrasound normal?
The first time was jan 11 now i go back in a week for another to try and get a more accurate date this lady is my dr and i dont think she knew what she was doing
They shouldnt give you three weeks at once. Thats a pretty big difference. The earlier you have a dating scan the more accurate it will be cause all bubs develop at the same stage for the first weeks. Id be asking them again, they should be able to look at the scan pics. Did they end up giving you a due date?
