missed miscarriage symptoms please?

does anyone know the early signs of a missed miscarriage? x

There really isn't much of a way to tell, other than inability to pick up a heartbeat, sudden loss of pregnancy symptoms (this doesn't always happen; it didn't for my mother) and spotting that goes from brown to bright red. It does not normally affect your future fertility; my mom had two more kids after suffering a missed miscarriage, and like most, it was diagnosed when she went in for a routine checkup and they couldn't find a heartbeat. 

I'm scared to death of this one myself -- pretty much every mommy-to-be's worst nightmare. The good news is that your chances of having to go through one are very, very low, about 1% of all pregnancies, according to Women's Health .co .uk. So think positive!

Ive had a missed miscarriage, there where no symptoms I turned up for an early scan at 8weeks and it was dead. Thats the whole meaning of a missed miscarriage, it was missed, :/

I didn't know I had one until I went in for my 12 week scan and the baby had passed at 9 weeks 5 days. I had no signs or symptoms of anything going wrong.

With all 3 of my miscarriages, I had severe cramps, fever, and just overall felt terrible. It kinda felt like the flu, minus the cramps. But I was throwing up more than I had during the pregnancy and then I started spotting but it was never very bad, no clots or anything. I went to my dr and with the first 2 she did a d&c and with the 3rd she gave me some meds to help move it along naturally. I was between 8-9 weeks when the babies stopped growing and about 10-11 weeks when I started feeling ill and my dr did the ultrasound and found out.

Sometimes spotting happens. Call your dr to make an apt. But try to rest and relax.....obviously it's hard not to stress but stay positive!

ah i haven't had any bleeding really, and when i say that i mean i've had a pen dot size of blood on tissue, that's all.. im 12 weeks in two days x

The only signs you might have are lessening pregnancy symptoms. Most women don't realize when they have a missed miscarriage, nor does their body so it doesn't expell the tissue. If it is suspected make an appointment to have an ultrasound with your doctor.

Most likely cramping and heavy bleeding. But these symptoms don't always mean miscarriage. At 8 weeks I had slight cramps and heavy bleeding. I went to the ER and heartbeat was strong....how many weeks are you?
