Yes you can get a police escort to come watch over you as you pack your necessary items. Go to your local police station in person. Explain the situation and you will be helped. It's mainly due to personal safety.

Since you're 19,  you have every right to leave the house if you choose - but since it's her house you don't necessarily have any right to return.
