morning coffee

So I love to have my morning coffee from Starbucks. My bf asled me was it OK to drink while pregnant an of course I Google's. But I got many amakers some say no cause of caffeine an some said they drunk coffee there whole pregnancy it helped with headache symptoms an the baby was just fine. What do you ladies think?

I've been drinking coffee throughout my whole pregnancy. But I make sure to drink either full decaf or half caf. My Dr said it's fine and I can have 1 cup a day.

I drank coffee through all my pregnancies and it turned out fine.

They say a cup of coffee a day is safe while pregnant. I have a strong tolerance for caffeine so one cup of coffee was a joke to me so I just laid off altogether to avoid going overboard. But every now and then I'll get a decaf drink just for the taste.

I drank a coffee every day with my daughter and she is fine. I am now pregnant again 17weeks and drink a caribou everyday just make sure you are drinking plenty of water as well.

You can have 200 mgs of caffine daily...
But honestly i think unless your going overboard on caffine youll be fine. Lol
Btw 200 mg is usually equivalent to 2 regular small cups of coffee.
