Spotting ...? :(
I'm 12 weeks pregnant & I woke up at 2 am to pee & everything was okay I went & laid down got some cramps that felt like poop cramps so I got back up & went & pooped maybe not even 5 mins after I laid back down . Then I went to wipe & there wasn't a lot but enough to scare me red/ pinkinsh but mostly red vaginal blood . I was freakin out . But not enough to go to the er & no tummy cramping or pain ... I went back to sleep as best as I could & I woke up & nothing is there now no spotting . But should I be worried ? Sorry for TMI . It's my first baby & I don't want anything bad to happy my next appt is Monday
