Honestly you just have to be strong I heard eat saltines in the morning but even those made me want to throw up all I can say is work through it, it seems like it will never end but trust me it will.

I couldn't do the saltines, Graham crackers or  vanilla wafers may help. It gets better though, hang in there

You have to be strong.. im 7 months pregnant I went through that the first 4 months.. eat lightly but constantly it will go away just give it time..

I had the same problem i couldn't eat and when i did i threw it up , i got meds from the doctor that dissolve on your tongue called zofran i think but it works wonderful i can keep food down now

Omg I had preggie pops and they will ease the morning sickness enough to let you eat which will in turn make it feel better. I also used to drink lemon water and that helped me. Just ice cold water with some lemon juice in it

I had horrible morning sickness too.sadly nothin worked and I had to let it run its course. I think I was sick from 7-13 weeks

try something sour, every pregnancy is different you gotta find whats right for you.

I had severe nausea and dry heaving until about 16 weeks it started around 5 weeks. Salt & vinager chips helped, country time lemonade, then I ended up getting zofran which is awesome. It should pass... Hopefully. Hang in there
