morning sickness help

My gf is about 5 wks and the morning sickness is pretty bad. What is the best, healthy and natural way to help with it?

There are these things called preggie pops! They are hard candies or they come in sucker form, they sell them at babies r us and they are a total life saver!!! They are all natural and they were the only thing that helped me through my morning sickness! I prefer the hard candies over the suckers because they have better flavors. Def give them a try.

Ginger ale was the only thing that worked for me, but it didn't last long. I had nausea all day. I told my doctor and he gave me zofran which saved me! I felt so much better

Zofran is the only thing that worked for me. I lost ten lbs from throwing up so much

Saltine crackers helped me when I couldn't eat anything else. I ate a couple in the morning before I even got out of bed and it helped. I ate a few more during my morning routine.

It didn't always help but drinking and eating things in small semi frequent portions helpeda lot. The hard part was learning morning sickness from other things. Smells can make you just as sick. My fiances deoderant was too strong, it made me nauseous and gave me horrid headaches so avoid strong smells.

Make sure she drinks a lot of water! Have her lay on her left side and rub her stomach in clockwise circles. It sounds strange but it helped me!
