I drunk lemon water and ate crackers for weeks especially since I woke up so early in the morning. ..
Ginger ale and sprite work and saltine crackers. Buteating crackers git's old after a while. Walmart and walgreens carry "pregi-pops". They look just like a lollipop and taste great! Walmart might have to order them for you, at least mine did! It really works for nausea! Hope this helped! Keep your chin up!
Fruits helped me survive 1st trimester grapesand bananas were my goto snack
Crackers and tea was the only thing that helped me. I had morning sickness up until 12 weeks.
I had no sickness with first but boom when I was 7 wks it started. I find not letting yourself get hungry, take pregnancy vit tablet at night. Since I've stopped taking vitamin in morning I haven't been sick. Thank God! Hope this helps
ginger ale or something with ginger in it. an saltine crackers.
Eating every little bit helps. When you feel the nausea hit starting to eat something will help it pass usually. Eating bland foods. Cheese its help me and sprite and ginger ale when i sip on it.
So true..eating helps d most...but u cn have mdcn too..small meals of foods dat dont trigger you..will help you..!!
Eating. I know how strange that sounds, but it is true! Try eating a small amount of something bland that doesn't have much of a smell. You have to do it like the second you start to feel the nausea, or it might not work. But really, I tried all kinds of home remedies and a few kinds of medicine. Eating a couple handfuls of dry cereal the second I wake up worked better than even the prescription nausea meds.
