morning sickness
I'm 12 weeks and I can't keep anything down still. Everything just comes right back up after a few bites.
I didn't have it as extreme as you, but lemons and sour patch kids help with morning sickness. Anything sour really. Best of luck (:
Once you hit your 2nd trimester , which is at 14 weeks it'll probably stop :)
Hiya, try getting yourself some travel sickness bands that you wear on your wrists, they work a treat xx
