morning sickness...?

Im 28 weeks and until now i have had a great pregnancy. I didnt get sick in my first tri and have felt great until today. I cant keep anything down and i just feel awful. Is this normal? Can i be getting morning sickness in the third trimester?

I also noticed that my appetite has been going down over the last couple weeks but i thought it was from the heat... zofran is not helping with the nausea at all! Miserable mommy!!
