I had hyperemisis gravardarum until I was about 19 weeks so I wish I only threw up twice a day I was throwing up like twenty times a day :( but I found that eating a little bit at a time but every two hours helped me some food you just have to avoid too there are things that I loved to eat before being pregnant but now I can't eat them but just think it'll all be worth it in the end! :)
My sister in law swears by lemon water. Squeeze fresh lemons into a bottle of water and gradually sip on it. Also, I,find that peppermint, like the little red and white candies work wonders!!!
Try to eat saltine crackers or toasted Bread and just drink lots of Fluids. You'll start feeling better at the end of your first trimester (:
