Sorry candies(i used jolly ranchers) sometimes ginger ale helps(doesnt have caffeine) and also try to munch to keep ut stomach full, the more empty ur stomach the worse the nausea:) also somw women on her have suggested keeping crackees by the bed and munching a few b4 u get up, i however cant stomach the crackers so i use gummies.... good luck:)
I've always been one to fight the vomit too. I suggest don't. I would fight or for hours and feel horrible. Then after I finally gave in I felt better.
