Crackers, drink some ginger ale, and try to avoid spicy foods. It'll be a okay!
Yea crackers and ginger ale or sprite are what worked for me too. Also hard candy (slightly sour) helped me too.
Ask your doctor for the medicine zofran. It helps a lot with morning sickness and is not very expensive!
Saltine crackers are good. Also my CMA told me that going long periods of time without eating causes nausea so try to eat little things here and there.
Here's some advice from the MedHelp website and our I'm Expecting app on morning sickness. You can find this in the app by going to the Pregnancy Diary from the home screen and selecting Morning sickness from the Symptoms menu. Then click the menu bar in the upper left and select Symptoms Manual to see your symptoms. Hope you feel better soon!

Sometimes it take trying out what works for you. All the "tradtional" advice never worked on me but soda seemed to be the only thing that helped but you have to be careful with the caffeine consumption and sugars. Also even if you think you might throw it up, try to eat. Not eating will make it sooo much worse. Another thing that help me was taking tums before bed and when i first wake up take tums again with a small snack before getting out of bed. Hope this helps!:)
