I had morning sickness until I was 30 weeks...I used coke syrup or id drink a coke that was slightly colder than room temp. Theyve been using the syrup for decades to help with coating your stomach to combat nausea
I had it till about 15 weeks.
I never used medicine.
I layed down as much as possible and slept as much as possible.
I drank a lot of water and ate things like pretzels, bread, crackers, mashed potatoes, steak
And when I couldnt keep down food I kept drinking water. If you throw that up, keep drinking. Throwing up water is better than dry gagging! Plus you gotta stay hydrated.
Try to avoid sugary things. Though one sugary thing that I helped me SO much was ice cream. The coldness was so soothing to the sick feeling. If you cant handle that try crushed ice or something.
