ok well i took a pregnancy test in dec 2008 and found out that i was pregnant and before that i was taking fertil aid for women to help me conceive. as i said the test came back positive and i havent bled since then now i am having sharp pains in my lower right side of my stomache and i started bleeding kinda bad on apr 19,2009 there has been a history of women in my family that have bled throughout their whole pregnancy and thank the lord the babies came out fine.my question is is that i am having all the symptoms of still being pregnant but on apr 19,2009 i started bleeding really bad does that necessarily mean that i am miscarring or no.this is my first child and i am scared to death of losing my baby i am 24 years old and in desperate need of some helpful advice.hope to hear back from someone soon

not to sound harsh, but i wouldnt be sitting at a computer if you were bleeding and pregnant... i would be getting my butt to the emergency room and finding out what was going on with my baby.  if you got a BFP in dec then you would have conceived in Nov making you roughly 20-24 weeks along...by a rough guess.  it is not uncommon for breakthrough bleeding at that point but it is something that i would REALLY get off the computer and get to the hospital and have a doctor check you out.. .THEN come back and ask or update us.

i dont mean to sound harsh but if you were bleeding as bad as you say then i wouldnt be leaving posts on the internet i would be finding a ride or getting into my car and getting somewhere so i know everything is ok.  i am sorry but i am 33 wks along and have had 2 mid 2nd trimester losses so i would be putting my baby above and beyond everything else.

Well I have heard of this before as a matter of fact my cousin  bled for 4 months  and found out she was pregnant all that time only because she started feeling so nausated that she had to go to the er .You should go ahead and go to your doc or er because they told my cousin that she was almost misscarring but it stop for some unknown reason..I don't know if this helps but good luck and god bless.
