How can I get my baby girl to move other than orange juice cause I dont have any, I dont think I felt her move all day today. Im eating an ice cream cone & its not doing anything either. 21wks&4days

Im a ftm and 19w 1d i think i feel my baby girl moving around not kicking but maybe like she's turning or something. What does it feel like for you mommies?

I hope so. She worries me when she doesn't move she use to move sooo much when I was 19wks. Idk what happened. I'm gunna go grab that soda now.

A few hours ago i had a chocolate bar lol definately got my baby going .

When i was 21wks i would drink some diet coke or have some chocolate that would get him moving.. now im 28weeks and he never stops moving.. not long it will be the same for you :D

I have to drink a least a can of coke a day and if I dont drink it everyday it makes me sick but she use to only move to me drinking orange juice or coke now shes moving around on her now..especially at night.

Lay in your left side and drink ice cold water.. or if your ok with it try a caffeinated beverage.

Idk if this has anything to do with it as well or not at all but I have been peeying completely yellow all day today idk why or where it came from cause I never do its usually mostly clear. Then again like i said idk if it has anything to do with it just a minor concern.

I tried drinking cold water still drinking it, & im laying down, maybe ill try the flashlight too

Pu something cold on belly drink ice water try a warm bath etc

Try putting a flashlight on your belly and moving it around. Or rub your belly. Its always worked for me. None of the chocolate ways have worked for me.

My son moves when I lay on my back stretched or if I take a flashlight to my tummy.
