If its your first baby you probably wont feel the baby until 25 - 28 weeks. With my first i didnt start feeling him move until i was about 25 -26 weeks. Im on pregnancy number 2 and i started feeling her at 12 weeks and my husband felt her move for the first time last week. He was just playing with my belly last night and she kicked him pretty hard that it actually hurt. Lol

You will in a couple more weeks. Every pregnancy is different.  But it's an amazing feeling :) you'll know soon enough.

Try laying on your bed on your back, with a pillow propped under your lower back, above your hips. Then relax and put both hands down low, under your belly button. Wait a bit and see if you feel little things like popcorn po pping in there. Try doing this after waking for like ten min and drinking orange juice. Just some tips! Good luck!
