Anytime. Try not to focus on loosing your mucus plug though- just cause you loose it doesn't mean labor will start soon. Some woman loose it 3-4weeks before actually giving birth. (:

You can get mucusy discharge as early as your second trimester but what you're really waiting for is the bloody show. Mucus with brown or a tint on blood inside. I'm 37+2 and get discharge but still no bloody show.
