Dont even want to tell my secret, but maybe someone can help.  7 weeks along, found out 23 days ago.  I haven't quit smoking cigarettes yet :(  cut back a lot...  This is my 4th baby.  I quit for number one!  but not for two or three...  it wasnt easy to do that to my babies... But I did, feel more hope this time, because I did quit for 7 days a month before I got pregnant. Meaning I was already on a hell bent mission to quit smoking, before being pregnant... Any advice would be nice...  :(

One of the programs in our town uses hypnosis, and it is said to be very effective.  Maybe you could try that.

I know the feeling I quit before my first and I quit as soon as I found out with my second. This time its so much harder. I have cut way back too. From a pack a day to 5 or less. All I can say is take it a day at a time. I read somewhere to write down all the reasons why you need to quit and every time you want to smoke read over it, add to it. Anyways that's what I'm going to do. Good luck!

I wish there was an easy way to quit I feel so awful every time I light one but I can't help myself. Check your local hospital...  mine offers a quit smoking support group for pregnant women. I want to go to mine but unfortunately my transportation is very limited
