So I don't remember taking my vitemen today or not. I could have had it with my early morning bowl of cereal but I'm not sure. And I really don't like skipping a day..would it be bad if I took it today if I may have took it this morning? I'm pretty sure I didn't but then again I'm not sure haha
This app actually has a vitamin reminder that notifies you with a little pill in the corner of your phone. I wouldn't remember without it. Then after I take it just swipe it away:)
It doesn't matter if you skip one day but too much vitamins could clog you up and make you constipated.
