my fear happened

I found out today. I had a miscarriage..

I'm really scared to get my hopes up that everything is OK. Then find out they were right. :/

I am actually going to talk to my boyfriend and see if he is fine with getting a second option. If I Don't see anything doctor I plan on DEMANDING another ultrasound before. I also want to look at it my self. I don't know much about miscarriage.  I've never had one
But I don't feel like I had one or am going too. I'm not sure tho.

That happened to a friend of mine! She went into the ER for bad pains and bleeding, found out she was pregnant and was miscarrying. Well she just delivered a healthy baby boy a couple days ago. Id get a second opinion!

Sorry Hun. Since Your D&C Is Already Scheduled Can You Get A Second Opinion Before Then Just For Your Own Peace Of Mind So That You're Not Left Wondering "What If"?

I think you should see another doctor. Get a second opinion it won't hurry to try. Go to a different hospital or free pregnancy clinic or something. Cause with everything your saying I feel like they should have told you more things. My sister had a miscarriage at 15 weeks and they showed her everything that was going on. And told her what they were looking for.

Last time I seen get was the 27th of march. I was 7 almost 8 weeks pregnant then. She tried with the doppler but told me I wasn't far enough along to hear it. At 5 weeks and 3 days I did a vaginal ultrasound at the er they seen, the sac but said the baby was to small. They said my hcg levels were good and just said it was a threatened miscarriage and put me on bed rest. I went to the er again after my last visit with my doctor. He did blood work, said my hcg levels were good and did a pelvic exam. He said by the feel of my cervix I was around 8 weeks. Which was what I was. He didn't seem worried and didn't do a ultraaound. Just said it was a threatened miscarriage.  So more bed rest and pelvic rest. I called my doctor the next day and told the head nurse. She said to stay on bed rest till my next visit which should of been April 28th. But I started bleeding worse than before so I called Her yesterday and she said to come in today. So I went and they first tried to listen to the heart beat through the doppler but couldn't hear anything. She then did a pelvic exam and said there isn't a lot of blood around my cervix and it was still closed. So we went over and did the ultrasound. I'm not sure how that went the ultrasound tech didn't say anything to me and I didn't get to see the baby.
I went back to my doctor she said it was what we fear, a miscarriage.  It was happening now. She said the bleeding would get worse. If I get in to much pain to call her or go to the er.  She gave me some paper work in miscarriage.  Said to come back in a week. If I didn't pass any tissue, I would need to do a d&c.
They never said anything about the heart beat, the fetus, placenta,  or anything.
I'm actually currently not bleeding now.
