i'm a nurse in intensive care i'm in equally a high risk job. you need to let ur manager know, he/she will do a risk assessment on your behalf and allocate you to the safest ppl to look after also be more understanding to your needs during pregnancy. you just need to be careful. if a patient is aggressive or risky stay away from them, tell ur manager and she has to help you. she has to keep u and ur baby safe.

Talk to your work and you doctor about it if you have concerns.
